Trading with iqoption is really an excellent experience. Our regular readers know how much we value whole page trading platforms, so they will understand why we were thrilled to use it during our iqoption review. Actually it is wrong to call iqoption trading solution “whole page,” actually it is just a part of the user platform solution that iqoption offers. When users login into iqoption they are immediately taken to the trading platform and all other links and tools are accessible form the left side menu.

On the right side is the trading navigation pane where users can place trades while the center is reserved for the huge graphing tool. Users can choose between two types of binary options on the left side. The small bubble with the number next to each type shows the number of open positions. Graph controls need some time getting used to since zoom and move controls work independently. Depositing and withdrawing panes are also part of the interface. They are excellent. Users can choose level of bonuses with deposit so there is no need to contact the support.

On the bottom part of the interface is the list of trades other users are entering real time. It can help user to gauge the direction where market is going even though it doesn’t aggregate the sentiment like the SpotOption platform.

Support with iqoption works somewhat different from what the users may be used to if they traded with any other broker. Users who are VIP account holders will get an account manager who will help them with any issues they might have. Demo account holders will need to upgrade to iqoption Real account to contact the support. But, what is different here is the absence of a live chat and phone contact from the support contact options.

Users can contact the staff via email and Skype. Our readers know that we support any broker who introduces Skype or similar widely used messenger/call app for contact since more and more users find it more convenient to use them. We used it in our iqoption review without problems, but we are unsure how will users with desktop computers and without mic/camera equipment be able to leverage direct contact with the customer support. We already mentioned how banking with iqoption is very easy. All functions — withdrawing and depositing, as well as bonuses and payment type choice are accessible trough the same control interface presented after user logs into the account.
